10 Things My Allume Roomies Should Know About Me!

The Allume Conference is at the end of this month, and as a newbie I am both excited, slightly terrified, already feeling homesick, and preparing to not get a lot of sleep as I spend a weekend away from the family in what Mary Beth and I are calling "summer camp for adults." {grin}

Today I'm linking up with Brooke & Stacey to share 10 Things My Allume Roomies Should Know About Me! 

Here’s how it works:

My List: 

1. Regardless of what your husbands might think, I promise I'm not a creepy serial killer and you will be perfectly safe being friends with me. Even though it does sound increasingly strange to tell people I'm going to room with "three girls I met online." That's the stuff they make Lifetime movies about. 

2. Will do pretty much anything for chocolate. Especially Nutella. Nutella is my love language. 

3. I have a baby girl who will be 11 months old during the conference, and the conference ends Sunday on my 6th wedding anniversary to my best friend, Matt :) 

4. If I'm feeling homesick & sad I'll be very quiet. So come hug me and distract me!

5. I'm afraid that I might have some panicky "celebrity blogger" moments and not be brave enough to go talk to some of the women I adore so much online - but I don't want to regret not doing something, so if I come talk to you & I'm awkward, um...pretend I'm good at the whole "small talk" thing! Because I'm not. 

6. I am an introvert (ISFJ if we're going to be specific...hehe..) but once I get to know you, watch out! 

7. I am afraid of oversleeping and missing something so I'm usually the first one up & out the door, searching for coffee. I love coffee. I can also be ready to go in under 20 minutes - no fuss for this girl!

8. I will probably pack ALL THE THINGS just so I have lots of options. 

9. I have an identical twin :) 

10. I am horrendous at remembering names and recognizing people, even if I've known them in real life for a long time.
